Bill joined PGA in 1988 and was appointed Associate in 1997. He is competent in all facets of Land Surveying including operating Total Station and Data Recording Equipment, and is an experienced user of Civil Cad and Auto Cad Software.

As Project Surveyor for the Kensington Banks Estate (1200 residential dwellings) he was challenged by many innovative subdivision forms, which included parcels of old law titles, Commonwealth, Crown, and Melbourne City Council ownership parcels.

Other projects Bill has been Project Surveyor for include Heritage Golf & Country Club, Olympic Village Redevelopment, Mont Park Estate, and Sandhurst Club.

Bill has also carried out major feature surveys such as Southbank/Casino Precinct for Melbourne City Council, Fawkner Park for Melbourne City Council, and Warrandyte Township for Manningham City Council.
