Bob has been a director of PGA
since 1979, and is responsible for all survey matters
undertaken by the practice. He has over 35 years
experience as a land surveyor, and has assisted
the Survey teams when confronted with project difficulties
to seek solutions which satisfy the client requirements
in such a manner as to provide value for money service.
Bob has worked on hydrographic surveys which involved
re-establishment of shore control for survey vessels,
setout and control of channel re-alignment associated
with the Westgate Bridge construction. Throughout
his career, Bob has undertaken numerous title surveys,
road designs and surveys, route surveys for powerlines,
gas links and rail lines, airfield surveys, and
bridge alignment setouts. He is experienced with
large-scale land subdivisions, construction surveys
and cadastral surveys associated with legal matters
such as adverse possession claims and road closures.
He has also worked in the mining industry.
Bob’s projects with PGA include Langwarrin
Park Estate, Kensington Banks, Streeton Views Estate,
Heritage, Sandhurst Club, and San Remo Golf &
Country Club.
