We are a well-established medium sized firm, specialising
in land and urban development and are currently
seeking a Drafting/CAD Manager to join our team.
This role is suited to someone seeking variety
and involves producing civil engineering drawings
particularly in relation to road and drainage, sewerage
and water reticulation works, engineering, and cadastral
surveys. In addition to this the position also extends
to managing the CAD system within the office as
well as coordinating all drafting staff, ensuring
that work is being carried out in a timely manner.
To be considered for this role candidates must
have effective communication skills and be able
to work effectively as part of a team while undertaking
work autonomously. AutoCAD knowledge is essential,
as well as the ability to produce accurate work,
and meet deadlines.

are currently seeking a Civil Design Engineer to
join our Land Development Team.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity
to work on a variety of land development projects
alongside other senior and well-respected engineers.
Opportunities also exist to further develop your
skills through our Professional Development Program,
as well as join the Engineers Australia Professional
Development Program to obtain Chartered Status,
if desired.
To be considered for this role, applicants must
have experience in civil engineering design as well
as have an understanding of the principles of sub-divisional
design. Effective written and verbal communication
skills are essential, as well as be able to work
effectively as part of a team while undertaking
work autonomously.
It is essential that candidates have a degree in
Civil Engineering as well as local knowledge and
experience. Knowledge of MX software is of advantage.

Design Engineer - Project Manager Land Development
Paroissien Grant & Associates P/L (PGA), an
award winning multi disciplined Civil Engineering
and Surveying Practice, located in North Balwyn,
are currently seeking an experienced Senior Design
Engineer - Project Manager to join our growing team
specialising in Land Development.
This is a challenging role whereby you will be
required to manage large-scale land development
projects from inception to completion, undertaking
and overseeing necessary designs associated with
the projects, site supervision, contract administration,
assigned staff and other resources to achieve project
objectives within time and cost budgets.
The successful candidate will have proven experience
in a similar position, demonstrate effective communication
skills, be able to work effectively as part of a
team while undertaking work autonomously and be
fully conversant with CAD software. Knowledge of
MX is an advantage. It is essential that candidates
have a tertiary degree in Civil Engineering and
be eligible for membership to IE Australia and preferably
have Chartered Status.
