Port IT @ Turner is a commercial
office and warehouse site situated in Turner Street,
Port Melbourne.
PGA have been appointed as consulting
engineers for this project. Stage 1 and 2 construction
has been completed. Stage 3 is currently underway,
and comprises 26 lots, with a construction cost
of nine million dollars.
PGA’s responsibilities at
this site include the civil engineering design of
the road and drainage works, along with the external
water and sewer reticulation, and supervision of
the internal hydraulics (sewer and water).
