PGA is made up of approximately twenty five full-time staff and two part time staff, comprising of fourteen qualified engineers, five qualified surveyors and a qualified town planner, together with technical and administrative support staff.

All of the staff at PGA are professionally trained in their respective fields and are dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible advice and customer service.

The two principals responsible for the operation of the practice are Mr. Brian Paroissien, a civil engineer, and Mr. Robert (Bob) Macaulay, a licensed surveyor. Both gentlemen each have in excess of 35 years experience in their relevant fields. In 1997 Mr. William (Bill) McMahon, who joined PGA in 1988, was appointed Associate.
